CYSTIC FIBROSIS
Cystic fibrosis is a progressive, genetic disorder, affecting the lungs, pancreas, and other organs. The buildup of mucus causes lung infections and inflammation and limits the ability to breathe. It also prevents the release of digestive enzymes, resulting in malnutrition and poor growth.
